1. Order Processing Time

• Standard Processing: All domestic orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.

• Holidays: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following business day.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

Once dispatched, estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

• Inside Dhaka: 2–3 business days

• Outside Dhaka (District & Suburb areas): 3–5 business days

Note: Delivery timelines may vary slightly due to festive seasons, high order volume, special and custom made product, or courier operational factors.

3. Delivery Partners & Order Tracking

• We partner with trusted courier services across Bangladesh to ensure your clothing arrives in pristine condition.

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link or consignment number via SMS or Email to monitor your delivery status.

4. Shipping Charges

• Shipping fees are calculated based on your location and total package weight.

• The exact shipping cost will be clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

5. Advance Payment & Order Confirmation Policy

To maintain service efficiency and reduce fake/unclaimed orders, we evaluate courier delivery histories prior to order dispatch:

• Conditional Advance: If a customer has no prior courier delivery history or a successful delivery rate below 80% (based on courier network data), a partial advance payment (e.g., delivery charge) will be required to confirm the order.

• Automatic Cancellation: If the required advance payment is not completed within the specified timeframe, the order will be automatically cancelled.

This measure ensures smooth fulfillment for our genuine customers.

6. Delays and Unforeseen Circumstances

While we strive for prompt delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to:

• Severe weather conditions (e.g., heavy rain, flooding, cyclones)

• Political strikes, road blockades, or local transport disruptions

• High peak seasonal shopping volumes
